Being an Associate entitles you to the following benefits:

  • Mentoring for mangers, leaders and improvement practioners looking to take the next step
    A dedicated mentor will be allocated to those who wish to receive individualised guidance. Your mentor will answer your questions about continual improvement theory and application, and can recommend reading materials appropriate to your level of proficiency and to the amount of time you are able to dedicate to studying the subject.
  • Mentoring relationships are conducted in-line with the code of ethics of an appropriate body (the EMCC) such that contracting, confidentiality, boundaries, integrity, supervision and termination are all dealt with appropriately.
