What will you gain by joining the Deming Alliance?

Being an Associate entitles you to the following benefits:

  • Attendance at the Deming Alliance’s regular events
    There are 5 regular events scheduled for the year and you will save money compared to booking each event separately. The regular meetings typically consist of two sessions on management topics. The presenters are seasoned management specialists with thorough knowledge of continual improvement.
  • Mentoring for beginners in continual improvement
    A dedicated mentor will be allocated to those who wish to receive individualised guidance. Your mentor will answer your questions about continual improvement theory and application, and can recommend reading materials appropriate to your level of proficiency and to the amount of time you are able to dedicate to studying the subject. Mentoring relationships are conducted in-line with the code of ethics of an appropriate body (the EMCC) such that contracting, confidentiality, boundaries, integrity, supervision and termination are all dealt with appropriately.   • Access to the private area of the resource library on the website
    We have started to build up a private area of the online resource library. Deming Alliance Associateship comes with immediate access to this private area.
  • Access to a collection of over 550 management books, available for Associates to borrow.
